高級レストランに引けを取らない雰囲気と、一流レストランでさえも味わえない良質で美味しい魚を本格的な職人が調理。リーズナブルな価格で楽しんでいただけるお店です。

初代料理長は名店出身、調理経験25年の橋本康夫。社長の新谷が10年以上掛けて構築した全国各地の選りすぐり食材を、一流の腕、拘りのシャリで一貫の鮨にvibesを落とし込みます。また、橋本が創り出す炭火焼きや一品料理にもご期待下さい。

ランチは鮨と炭焼のコースのみ。ディナーはコースとアラカルトをご満足いただける品質と価格でご提供させていただくことをお約束致します。

鮨と炭 SUSHI TO SUMI

Direct delivery from the place of origin in Singapore! Goodvibes Intl Pte Ltd, a wholesaler of fresh fish and other high-end ingredients from all over Japan, has opened Singapore's first authentic standing sushi restaurant directly managed by a fishmonger.

 

The atmosphere is comparable to that of a high-end restaurant, and the fish is of a quality and taste that even the best restaurants cannot offer, prepared by authentic artisans. You can enjoy the restaurant at a reasonable price.

 

The first chef was Yasuo Hashimoto, who came from a famous restaurant and has 25 years of cooking experience. President Shintani has spent more than 10 years preparing sushi using the finest ingredients from all over Japan, and his first-class skills and attention to detail in the preparation of each sushi. Also, expect to taste Hashimoto's charcoal-grilled dishes and a la carte dishes.

 

For lunch, we offer only sushi and charcoal grill courses. For dinner, we promise to offer both a course and a la carte dishes of satisfactory quality and at reasonable prices.
